早餐@0800am: special k一碗 + 高鈣低脂奶
小食@1100am: 無鹽果仁 15粒
午餐@1230pm: 自家制少油走鹽炒飯一盒
晚餐@0545pm, 0835pm: 瑤柱皮蛋瘦肉粥2碗
運動: 0 (皆因腰痛得想要死...)
