m到第2天 (尋日腰痛..今日到小腹痛...天喔..)
早餐@0800am: special k 一碗 + 高鈣低脂奶
午餐@1230pm: 菜心一碗 + 自家制炒飯一盒
晚餐@0800pm: 係珀麗灣九斗米食, 排骨2舊, 菜3碗, 飯半碗, 魚柳2件, 豬扒兩小塊
